Starover Blue release new single "Afterglow"

Dream pop band Starover Blue began in 2007 as the duo of Kendall Sallay and Dirk Milotz who evolved into a full 6-piece when they relocated to Portland from San Jose in 2007. The band have been compared to Cocteau Twins and the song is about our sometimes hollow efforts to console someone actively grieving a loss.

Small Million share "Burnout"

Small Million’s newest single “Burnout” is a pop earworm about the feminine urge to destroy his self-serving and flat vision of you and dance in the rubble. “My mom’s always told me to beware of being a ‘flattering mirror’; to watch out for people who adore you only because they love how you make them feel about themselves,” says vocalist Malachi Graham about the inspiration behind the song. The LP will be out later this year on Tender Loving Empire Records.

Jupe Jupe premiere new single at V13

“With just the right amount of new wave and just the right amount of pop”, Jupe Jupe have dropped their newest single with a premiere at V13! The LP is out April 14 via No-Count Records. “As you’ll soon discover on Midnight Waits for No One, the songs feel classic and in line with that era when darkwave was prominent, but the hooks and the beats, as well as singer My Young’s impressive vocal style, make this all sound contemporary, within the setting of today’s indie and electronic pop.”
