Trickshooter Social Club announce new EP; share first single

Chicago’s Trickshooter Social Club takes an oddly literate, completely eclectic approach to fuzzy, tweedy, garage-y, country-tinged, stomp and clap American rock-n-roll. The group is helmed by songwriters Steve Simoncic and Larry Liss and is rounded out by a rotating cast of musicians.

Today, they release the first single from the upcoming Monte Carlo EP. Stay tuned for more!

Porlolo share lead single from new EP

Denver’s Porlolo are back with a new EP, No Praise, No Blame. Today, the band share the first single “Ain’t No Use”.

"'Ain’t No Use' is a story about how hard it is to align our own needs in cadence with those close to us. About how sometimes we want something so much or for so long that it becomes our narrative, even if that want doesn’t fit with how we’ve changed. And about how our desire to win can lead us to some pretty weird places." - Erin Roberts

Beachy Head (mbrs Slowdive, Flaming Lips, Casket Girls)

New collaborative project, Beachy Head, finds friends Rachel Goswell and Christian Savill (Slowdive), Flaming Lips drummer Matt Duckworth, Ryan Graveface (Casket Girls, Dreamend), and Steve Clarke (The Soft Cavalry) joining forces on an album that reflects on all the negative aspects of a breakup — unworthiness, sadness, isolation and suicide, depression, loneliness, jealousy, etc. The self-titled debut will be released April 30 via Graveface Records.
