Dire Wolves share stream of 'Paradisiacal Mind' ahead of its Nov 9 release
/San Francisco’s Dire Wolves are celebrating the release of their new album, Paradisiacal Mind, tonight in their hometown, and they’ve shared with the world their whole trippy album in full ahead of its official Friday release over with the lovely folks at Treble. Treble had some nice words to say about the release:
“It’s a spacey, cosmic and spiritual set of psychedelic sounds, combining influences from krautrock, spiritual jazz, prog and more avant garde musical realms—at times sounding like Pharoah Sanders jamming with Ash Ra Tempel. It’s quite a trip, perhaps the sort of thing that’s necessary to give a spin during the chaos of a national election. It’s a weird and wonderful set of sounds from a band that’s always headed toward some new and unfamiliar realm”
